Our origins

During my initial experiences in display projects for the automotive industry, I discovered opportunities for starting a business. Thanks to impressive project results, I built up a customer network that enabled me to start my own business. Successful business relationships grow with a high level of commitment, the precise execution of projects, and the long-term loyalty of existing employees. 2006

The Origin from ESAS

At the age of 24, Alexander Speck successfully completed his degree in electrical engineering and started his first driver information display project for a well-known car manufacturer.

2010

The first employees

In 2010, Alexander Speck hired his first employee as a freelancer to work with him on a driver information display project.

Foundation of ESAS automotive GmbH

Aus der vorerst freiberuflichen Tätigkeit von Alexander Speck ist die Firma ESAS automotive GmbH 2012 entstanden. Seit bestehen des Unternehmens ist Alexander Speck alleiniger Gesellschafter und Geschäftsführer.

Foundation of ESAS automotive GmbH

ESAS automotive GmbH was founded in 2012 as a result of Alexander Speck's initial freelance work. Alexander Speck has been the sole shareholder and managing director since the company was founded.

2021

Driver information and head-up displays for a new vehicle architecture

ESAS began 2021 with a major contract for the cross-brand development of driver information and head-up displays for a new vehicle architecture. This extensive and highly complex project represents another milestone in ESAS's company history.

2023

Co-development of driver information, center, and passenger displays

Another new ESAS project began in 2023. From now on, we will be involved in the development of driver information, central, and passenger displays.

2025

More space for development – New location since June 2025

The new location at Theodor-Heuss-Straße 53 in Ingolstadt has stood for growth, transformation, and a modern working culture since June 2025. The expanded space provides room for creative processes, flexible structures, and new perspectives. Following a complete renovation, carefully planned together with our employees and tailored to the needs of our teams, we have created a working environment that also allows space for flexible and independent work. Innovative features such as a modern heating and cooling system, acoustic ceilings, and soundproof glazing ensure ideal conditions for focused work and productive meetings.
